Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing eyeglass.pk. We are committed to delivering your eyewear with speed and care across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Note: For orders involving custom prescription lenses (Single Vision, Bifocal, or Progressive), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for our lab to precision-craft your lenses before shipping.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once your order has been processed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched via our premium courier partners.

Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 Business Days.
Coverage: We ship nationwide in Pakistan and to all major cities in Saudi Arabia.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain value (as displayed on our website header).
Flat Rate: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For our customers in Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery.

Verification Note: To ensure fast delivery, COD orders may require a quick one-time OTP verification via WhatsApp before the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team at sales@eyeglass.pk within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in the "Dispatched" status, the address cannot be changed.

7. Damaged Shipments

Your eyewear is packed in high-quality, durable cases to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at sales@eyeglass.pk so we can resolve the issue for you.
